  • mid-2003: started learning piano at the age of 3 1/2.
  • mid-2004: started learning cello at the age of 4 1/2.
  • August 2004: Winner of Miles Franklin Festival in Piano solo competition.
  • mid-2005: Held first solo cello recital.
  • August 2005: Winner of the National Eisteddfod Cello and Double Bass competition.
  • January 2006: Awarded a cello scholarship to Casals Academy (Music school)
  • May 2006: Winner of String solo, Piano solo and Piano Duet divisions in the Taylor Music Festival competition
  • June 2006: Achieved a High Distinction in grade 4 AMEB cello examination (first ever AMEB examination) at the age of 6.
  • August 2006: Winner of the String solo division in the Miles Franklin Festival.
  • September 2006: Winner of the National Eisteddfod Cello competition.
  • January 2007: Awarded a 2nd cello scholarship to Casals Academy
  • May 2007: Winner of the String solo and Piano solo divisions in the Taylor Music Festival.
  • June 2007: Winner of the Music Teacher Association (ACT) student award.
  • September 2007: Winner of the National Eisteddfod Cello competition; Runner-up in the National Eisteddfod Under-12 Open Strings Championship.
  • September 2008: Winner of the National Eisteddfod Piano competition.
  • January 2009: Selected to perform in a masterclass held by world-renowned American cellist Hans Jensen.
  • September 2009: Winner of the National Eisteddfod Piano competition.
  • 2010: Received AMEB Associate Diploma (AMusA) in cello at the age of 10.
  • August 2010: Chosen to perform as a guest performer in the National Eisteddfod Choir national grand final.
  • September 2010: Winner of the National Eisteddfod Piano competition.
  • November 2010: Recorded and broadcasted by 2MBS Classic FM (Sydney) in the ‘Young and Even Younger’ series.
  • January 2011: Awarded a faculty scholarship to the Rising Stars program, a program held by the Sydney Conservatorium of Music to teach and nurture gifted young musicians.
  • 1 April 2011: Premiered “Souvenir D’enfance”, an original composition by Jared.
  • April 2011: Selected to perform in a masterclass held by Dutch cellist Pieter Wispelwey and Lithuanian cellist David Geringas
  • 7-8 April 2011: Performed in the ‘Young Artists’ concert series during the Adelaide International Cello Festival.
  • May 2011: Performed in the Japan Tsunami Fundraising concert (ACT)
  • 26 May 2011: Held a solo concert in Argentina for the ‘Iguazu en Concierto’ International Music Festival
  • 29 May 2011: Performed solo on the cello in the Grand Finale of the ‘Iguazu en Concierto’ International Music Festival held in Argentina.
  • 5 June 2011: Premiered “Elements of Nature” an original composition by Jared.
  • 31 August 2011: Winner of the National Eisteddfod Piano competition.
  • 2 September 2011: Held a Piano Recital in Wesley Music Centre (Canberra)
  • 2012: Awarded AMEB Licentiate Diploma (LMusA) on the cello at the age of 12.
  • February 2012: (until 2017) Awarded a full Music Scholarship at Barker College, Sydney
  • July 2013: Winner of the Sydney Eisteddfod Viola/Cello competition (Sydney)
  • October 2013: Finalist in the Alf Pollard Memorial Instrumental Award for Performance Excellence, held by Sydney Eisteddfod
  • November 2013: Toured Western NSW with the Barker College Middle School Orchestra.
  • March 2014: Performed in “Mixed Brew Chai…Kovsky” Chamber Concert Series with Charmian Gadd, Georg Pederson, Philip Shovk and Wendy Kong in Sydney Conservatorium of Music
  • March 2014: Invited to be recorded by 2MBS Fine Music FM, a Sydney-based radio station
  • April 2014: Winner of the Canberra String Festival 18 and under solo competition.
  • July 2014: Second prize in the Sydney Eisteddfod Viola/Cello/Double Bass Under 18 competition
  • July 2014: Winner of Sydney Eisteddfod String Sonata (Any age) competition with pianist Szu Yu Chen.
  • 12 November 2014: Winner of the Barker College String Solo Competition.
  • November 2014: Toured Canberra and rural NSW with the Barker College Middle School Orchestra.
  • April 2015: Toured Venice, Istanbul and Gallipoli with the Barker String Orchestra; performed at the  ANZAC Centenary Pre-Dawn service at Gallipoli, as well as the ANZAC Centenary Gala dinner in Istanbul
  • October 2015: Invited to perform as a recitalist in the 40th edition of the National Youth Concerto Competition held in Brisbane.
  • October 2015: Performed in the Barker College musical production of “Crazy for You”.
  • 11 November 2015: Winner of the Barker College String Solo competition.
  • 28 February 2016: Recorded a as semi-finalist for the 2016 Virtuosi Award with Finemusic FM 2MBS; broadcasted at 1pm – 2pm on 8 June 2016.
  • 23 March 2016: Winner of the Barker College Concerto Competition.
  • April 2016: Semi-finalist in the Kur-ring-ai National Secondary Schools Concerto Competition.
  • 20 August 2016: Performed in the Crossroads Festival in Central Coast, NSW.
  • October 2016: Finalist in the 41st edition of the National Youth Concerto Competition held in Brisbane. Performed Dvorak’s Cello Concerto in B Minor with the Queensland Youth Orchestra
  • March 2017: Winner of the Barker College Concerto competition.
  • April 2017: Winner of the Multiples Section in Kur-ring-gai Concerto Competition, and performed Brahms Double concerto with violinist Sarah Chang and the Kur-ring-gai Philharmonic Orchestra
  • 21 June 2017: Performed Sarasate’s Zigeunerweisen (arranged for cello) with the Barker College Symphony Orchestra.
  • March 2018: Appointed as Principal Cellist in NSW Youth Orchestra.
  • March 2018: Accepted into the Bachelor of Music (Performance) at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music
  • March 2018: Accepted and commenced the Bachelor of Medical Studies/Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of New South Wales
